生菜自动移苗机的设计

摘　　要：介绍了应用于工厂化农业中的生菜自动移苗机的总体设计、控制系统设计,以及驱动装置与执行机构动作的编程实现。该机器可完成预定功能,并且移苗效率比手工移苗提高了3～4倍。The overall design of the structure, control system, as well as the programming realizations of the driving and executing devices of the automatic transplanter for lettuce, which could be used in protected agriculture were introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the performance tests were carried on, The results indicated that the machinery could implement the destined functions. Compared with a traditional transplanter, the work efficiency was increased by 300%-400%.
