北京奥运会人文关怀理念及雅典考察的启示

摘　　要：人文关怀是北京人文奥运顺利实施的核心,但奥运会不同群体的需求并不相同,因而将奥运会关怀群体简单划分为参与者和关注者两大部分。通过对雅典奥运会的实地考察、访谈和问卷调查研究发现,所有人的需求重点都集中在衣食住行等生活方面,但不同群体对此又有各自的特殊需求。雅典奥运会的优势体现在其安全保卫、交通便捷、文化创意、志愿者和细节设计上,而网络通讯、饮食风味、语种服务、住宿条件和宣传气氛等方面则表现不足。雅典奥运会给予北京的启示,是对所有来宾都必须首先解决好安全和食住行等生活方面的内容,并针对参与者和关注者等不同群体的特殊需求展开人文关怀。Humanity concern can be seen as the key point of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. However the needs of the differ ent social groups for the Olympic Games are various. Accordingly the groups of humanity concern of the Olympic Games are divided into the participators and appreciators. Based on observation, interview and questionnaire investigation, it was found that the same main needs are connected with food, traffic, accommodation, safety and so on, but different crowd have their own special needs. It was recognized that the main advantages of Athens Olympic Games comprise of safety, traffic, culture, volunteer and details, and the weakness are internet, foods, language, accommodation and conduct. The inspiration obtained from Athens can be concluded as follows： it is necessary to resolve the safety, foods, traffic and accommodation. Meanwhile, according to the special needs from participators and appreciators, it is suggested to offer special concern of humanity to participators and appreciators.
