摘　　要：提高无梭织机的产质量是一项全面的系统工程,文章从生产实践角度论述了纺纱质量、织前准备、工艺优选、关键工艺部件、织机优选等5方面对无梭织机产质量的影响。并指出五大影响因素是宏观影响因素,在不同企业、不同时期影响程度不一。Improving product output and quality of shuttle-less looms is a comprehensive and systematic task.Based on practical experience,the article discusses the influence of five key factors,namely spinning quality,weaving preparation, process optimization,key process components and the choice of suitable loom,on the product output and quality of shuttle-less looms.It also introduces the experience of improving output and quality.However,the article stresses that the five factors are macro influential factors and their effect may vary in different enterprises and different period of time.
