-80℃储存猪真皮在烧伤创面治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨低温储存猪真皮覆盖治疗浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的护理方法和效果。方法选择2003年7月至2005年6月住院的烧伤患者30例,对相同深度烧伤的四肢对应部位进行对照治疗护理。结果治疗组愈合时间明显缩短,手术创面覆盖猪真皮明显延长附着保护时间,创面渗液少,质地柔软,后随着创面愈合逐渐变硬与创面分离,达到猪真皮下愈合。结论低温储存猪真皮是促进烧伤创面愈合的良好生物敷料,一次性覆盖创面治愈浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度偏浅创面是可行的,可明显缩短创面愈合时间,减轻患者痛苦和经济负担。Objective To explore nursing and effect of using pigs＇ cutis which is deposited in low temperature to treat shallow Ⅱ°and deep Ⅱ° burn wound. Methods From July, 2003 to June, 2005, 37 burn patients in our hospital were studied retrospectively. Similar wounds on limbs were compared with two therapies： one cured by pigs＇ cutis, the other adopted SD-Ag cream. Results Compared with control group, concrescence time of treatment group shortened significantly. Burn wound covered with pigs＇ cutis prolonged safeguard time and let the liquid in the wound less and the character was soft. Conclusions Pigs＇ cutis which is deposited in -80℃ is good biology dressing and can promote the recovery of shallowⅡ° and deep Ⅱ°burn wound markedly as well as lighten patients＇ suffering and econo
