摘  要:介绍了常规碱法脱墨和近中性亚硫酸钠法脱墨过程浆水(灰水)的比较。生产试验结果表明:与常规碱法脱墨比较,近中性亚硫酸钠法脱墨灰水的硬度相对较低、灰水中微胶粘物含量下降、水中游离油墨较少,即近中性亚硫酸钠法脱墨灰水较常规碱性脱墨灰水为好。A comparison of the qualities of deinked process grey waters from conventional alkaline and near-neutral sulfite deinkings was made in this paper. The results of 10-days trial show that: compared with the conventional alkaline deinking, the hardness of near-neutral sulfite deinking process water was comparatively lower, the microstickles declined and the disassociate printing ink is less. This means that the near-neutral sulfite deinking grey water is better than the conventional alkaline deinking's.
