提高烧结矿中MgO含量的措施及效果分析

摘　　要：介绍了安钢成功进行配加高镁粉的烧结生产试验情况。结果表明:烧结矿中MgO明显提高,高炉使用配加高镁粉的烧结矿后,炉渣流动性改善,高炉炉况稳定顺行,在增产、节焦以及降本增效方面。This article introduces the sintering production test situation of adding high magnisium saeeessfully in Angang the conclusion shows MgO in sintering ore improved obviously after using the sintering ore with adding high rnagnisium in blast furnace the fluidity of furnace slag is improved the situation of blast furnace is operated continuously achieves the better effelt in produetion improvement eoke saving and cost reducing effieieney improvement.
