摘　　要：阐述了技术创新的概念和基本类型及开展技术创新的意义,分析了技术创新与经济发展的关系,提出了加快技术创新步伐的措施。The article introduced the concept and the basic type of technical innovation, the significance of development technology innovation, and analyzed the relationship of technical innovation and the economical development, proposed the measure of speeding up the technical innovation.
