摘  要:目的考察不同炮制方法对大黄汤中芦荟大黄素含量的影响,为临床合理使用大黄提供科学依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定各种大黄煎液中芦荟大黄素的含量。结果及结论不同炮制方法对大黄汤中芦荟大黄素含量有明显影响,其中以生大黄汤中芦荟大黄素含量最高。说明中医用药讲究炮制有其内在的科学性。Objective To study the content difference of aole-emodin between rhubarb decoctions with different drug processing methods. It will provide scientific evidence for clinical usage of rhubarb. Methods The contents of aole-emodin in rhubarb decoctions were determined by RP-HPLC. Results and Conclusion The content of aole-emodin were the highest in crude rhubarb decoction. Drug processing methods have significant effect on the contents of aole-emodin in rhubarb decoctions. This could explain drug processing methods in Chinese traditional medicine with both scientific merits and intrinsic reasoning.
