南京产野生半夏中鸟苷的含量分析

摘　　要：目的对南京产野生半夏进行鸟苷的含量分析,以评价其质量。方法用反相高效液相色谱法建立鸟苷的含量测定方法,以湖北道地产区的野生半夏药材为对照。结果南京产野生半夏中的鸟苷含量为0.0401%～0.0464%,湖北产野生半夏中的鸟苷含量为0.0168%。结论南京产野生半夏中鸟苷的含量显著高于湖北道地产区的野生半夏。Objective To analyze the content of guanosine in wild Rhizoma Pinelliae, dried rhizome of Pinellia ternata （Thunb.） Breit,, from Nanjing and to evaluate its quality.Methods Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to determine the content of guanosine. Commercial Rhizoma Pinelliae was compared, Result The contents of guanosine in wild Rhizoma Pinelliae are 0.0401%～0.0464% from Nanjing and 0.0168% from Hubei, respectively. Conclusion The content of guanosine in wild Rhizoma Pinelliae from Nanjing is higher than that from Hubei.
