发热症状监测的预警事例分析

摘　　要：目的为早期发现或检出疾病暴发,提供预警信号。方法对杭州市发热监测哨点数据进行时间趋势分析。结果对2004年2～3月发生的流感局部流行进行了成功预警。结论发热症状监测对于早期发现的以发热为主的呼吸道传染病疫情,采取及时有效的控制措施,降低患病率和减少经济损失具有至关重要的作用。Objective The study was designed to supply the early-warning signal for the early discovery or detection of disease outbreak. Methods A time trend analysis of data from the fever monitoring spots in Hangzhou was carried out. Results The local epidemic influenza from February to March in 2004 was successfully early-warned. Conclusion Monitoring of fever symptom is essential for early discovery of the epidemic situation of respiratory tract infection, which is featured by fever, and for taking timely and effective control measures, lowing morbidity rate and reducing economic losses.
