摘　　要：讲述了6sigma的概念、基本思想、方法及特点。重点论述了6sigma在产品质量控制方面的有效性,并结合实例详述了6SIGMA如何达到降低产品DPMO,以及MINITAB软件的辅助应用。The paper describes the definition, basic principle, method and characteristic Of 6sigma. discusses deeply the validity of 6sigma for quality control of product, and presents some examples to explain the decrease of the product DPMO by 6sigma. The auxiliary application of MINITAB software is also given.
