摘　　要：对１９９３～１９９４年天津农村２６７５２名新生儿筛查情况进行了初步分析。结果显示，１９９４年筛查率较１９９３年显著提高。５７例初筛阳性，其中７例确诊为先天性甲状腺功能低下，发病率为１／３８２２．７例病儿有５例早期出现临床症状，２例误诊为其它疾病，３例被漏诊。７例病儿均通过儿保医生追访后给予明确的诊断及治疗。本文提示开展新生儿筛查，特别是在医疗水平较低的农村，无疑是至关重要的。neonates from the rural area of Tianjin have been screened for congenital hypothyroidism during 1993 and 1994.The screening rates in 1993 and 1994 were 25.2%and 30.3%respectively,it was significantly increased in 1994(P< 0.01).Among 26 752 neonates,57 cases were positive from screening test and 7 of them were further confirmed to be suffered from congenital hypothyroidism. The incidence was 1/3 822.Although 5 of 7 cases appeared symptom in their early infancy,2 were misdiagnosed and 3 were missed diagnosed.All these 7 cases were received instant treatment.It is suggested that the development of neonatal screenig for congenital diseases is the most important for children′s health care,especially in the rural areas with lower medical level.
