摘  要:医院要生存,求发展,必须适应市场经济,根据病人需求,走质量效益型发展道路。主要做法是:一、适应供求关系变化,调整医疗服务结构;二、适应市场经济体制.把握市场竞争的焦点;三、适应价值规律的要求,抓住医院经营的根本;四、适应科学管理的需要,狠抓医院管理的核心。The article discusses those ways to improve service quality and hospital benefits, which include :abilities to provide individualized and diversified services, with patients' need and interests as top concerns; adaptation to different and changing circumstances in service supply- demand relations, with increased attention to services in rising demand; better utilization of the law of value so as to optimize hospital benefits conscientious study and creative application of information on how scientific management works.
