脑力康对老年痴呆病的疗效观察──附：31例病例报告

摘　　要：采用由黄精、熟地、丹参、远志等组成的脑力康制剂治疗老年痴呆病，结果在量表积分和中医临床观察指标的变化上，治疗前后都有所改善，其差异有高度统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明以补肾活血立法处方的脑力康有改善智能、恢复生活自理能力、减轻精神症状等作用。脑力康对Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ病和血管性痴呆均有效，前者总有效率为４０．０％。后者为８５．７％。The authors treated senile dementia with'Nao Li Kang'which was made up of Rhizoma Polygonati,Rhizoma Rehmanniae Praeparatae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,and Radix Polygalae,etc. The results showed that there were significant differences(P<0. 05 or P<0.01) in integral calculus and symptomatic indexes set for clinical observation before and after treatment. This suggested that'Nao I-i Kang',which had the functions of tonifying the kidneys and activating blood circulation,could improve mental confusion, relieve psychical symptoms, restore self-care ability.In addition, 'Nao Li Kang' also had some effect for Alzheimer and vascular dementia with effective rate of 40. 0% and 85.7% respectiverly.
