摘 要:通过概率模拟的方法 ,建立了金属喷射成型过程中大量金属液滴的统计模型 .应用该模型对喷射成型过程中钢液的喷射过程进行了研究 ,给出了在喷射过程中不同尺寸液滴的分布 ,以及不同液滴产生的位置、初速度分布 .通过大量液滴的统计 ,确定出整个喷射过程液滴的产生、运动情况 。Through the probability simulation method, the statistical model of mass metal liquid drop during metal spraying forming process was developed. By applying this model, great efforts were made in the study of ejecting process of molten steel during spray forming operation. The distribution of metal liquid drop and their initial velocity with different size and the original appear location of different size droplet during spraying forming were obtatined based on the above computation. Based on the statistical analysis of the large number of metal liquid droplets, the form ation and motion of liquid drop of whole space were defined in detail, providing the precondition and reference for further study on liquid drop deposit process in depostition plane.
