摘  要:目的:观察重组可溶性IgE受体对I型超敏反应的抑制作用。方法:用卵清蛋白(OVA)作抗原制备抗血清,在动物小鼠身上复制被动皮肤过敏反应模型,以非相关蛋白αtp0为对照,观测自行制备的重组可溶性IgE受体αtp2对其反应的抑制作用。结果:ELISA试验证实,αtp2可竞争性地与IgE受体结合;被动皮肤过敏反应试验中,10μgαtp2对风团的抑制作用为12%。20μg对风团的抑制作用为19%,后者与生理盐水组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:我们研制的重组可溶性IgE受体αtp2,可竞争性地与IgE结合,被动皮肤过敏试验中,αtp2对风团的大小有明显的抑制作用,但未能彻底抑制风团的形成。Objective: To investigate the inhibitive effects of recombinant soluble human IgE receptor on type Ⅰ hypersensitivity reactions. Method: Anti- OVA serum was made and an animal model of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis reactions were established in mice. The inhibitive effects of the recombinant soluble humman - affinity IgE re- ceptor - αtp2 were observed and non - related proteins αtp0 were taken as controls, Results: It was proved by ELISA that αtp2 bound htunan IgE competitively. In the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test, the inhibitive effect of αtp2 on the wheals at a dosage of 10 μg was 12% ; at the dosage of 20μg, was 19%. There was a significant difference between the 20 μg dosage group and the normal saline control group. Conclusion: The recombinant soluble human IgE receptor αtp2 can bind human IgE competitively. In the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test, αtp2 decreases the volume of wheals, but it dose not inhibit the wheal completely.
