摘  要:对GranofinFCC、塔拉栲胶在无铬鞣制中的应用进行了研究。分别就FCC鞣剂的单独鞣制以及二者的结合鞣制应用实验进行了研究。同时对鞣后革的收缩温度、物理机械性能等进行了测试。结果表明,单独用6%~8%的FCC鞣制以及加脂后的革的收缩温度为74~76℃;而二者结合鞣制和加脂后的革的收缩温度为85~88℃。因此,结合鞣制比FCC单独鞣制效果好,说明二者存在协同效应。同时结合鞣制的绵羊成革的断裂伸长率、抗张强度、撕裂强度分别为35%、12.5MPa、43.6N/mm。因此二者结合鞣制工艺是无铬鞣法可以借鉴的方法之一,特别是对于浅色革的生产。In this paper, some study of the tanning of Granofin FCC and TARA extract in the chrome-free procedure was introduced. The applications of alone Granofin FCC and the combination tannage of two tanning agents have been studied. At the same time, the shrinkage temperature (Ts),physical and machine properties of the leather have been tested. The results show that the Ts of the leather tanned by alone Granofin FCC and fatliquored can obtain 74-76℃,and the Ts of the leather tanned and fatliquored by TARA extract and Granofin FCC together can obtain 85-88℃. So the result of combination tannge excels than that of alone tannage, and the physical and machine properties such as stretching property, tension resistant,tearing strength achieve 35%,12.5 MPa,43.6 N/mm.It may have synergistic effection between two tannages.The procedure is one of the ways that can be used for reference in the chrome-free procedure, especially for the production of light color leather.
