摘　　要：采用系统工程方法,运用解释结构模型法对草地退化的几个主要问题进行了分析,结合系统进行综合评价和递阶划分,结果表明:5个因素中以气候变化与管理为主要诱因导致草地退化。为此有针对性地提出了草地退化治理对策与建议。The paper analyzed the main pro＇blems of grassland degradation by using the interpretative structural modeling of system engineering. The results showed that the climate changing and management are main factors leading to grassland degradation. Some suggestions and strategy about managing grassland were given.
