摘 要:为寻找理想的同种异体小口径血管移植材料,1993年7月至1994年5月,采用冻干辐照方法处理人脐动脉血管,并与新鲜脐血管、单纯冻干脐血管进行物理性能的比较,结果表明,经冻干辐照处理之后,脐动脉血管的物理性能改善,弹性和顺应性都明显提高,能够满足移植血管物理性能方面的要求。To search for an ideal allograft as coronary artery bypass graft, from July, 1993 to May, 1994, we selected lyophilization-radiation as a met hod to modify human umbilical artery allograft. We had a comparative study to test mechanical behavior in three groups (Group Ⅰ. fresh allograft; group Ⅱ. freeze-dried allograft; Group Ⅲ. lyophilize-irradiated allograft). The testing range of pressure was 0-40 kPa. Compared with that of group Ⅰ, the elasticity of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ had improved within the testing range. Group Ⅱ had Ⅲ kept better pliability at higher pressure: at 10 kPa, the pliability (1/kPa) of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were (11. 82±4. 02)×10-3, (9. 03±2. 42)×10-3, (7. 00±1. 94)×10-3, respectively (Ⅱ vs Ⅰ: NS; Ⅲ vs Ⅰ: P<0. 01); at 25 kPa, they were (4. 68±2. 63)×10-3, (9. 24±2. 63)×10-3, (6. 66±1. 13)±10-3, respectively (Ⅱ vs Ⅰ: P<0. 001; Ⅲ vs Ⅰ: P <0. 05). We think this change of alograft pliability is benificial to coronary artery bypass graft. We consider after further research, this lyophilize-irradiated allograft has broad and glorious prospect of clinical application in the area of small caliber artery (especially in coronary artery bypass) transplantation.
