19(s)-IgM-TPHA test in diagnosis of early congenital syphilis and report of a case

摘  要:用梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体19(s)-IgM+TPHA检测方法,确诊1例出生4天新生儿患先天梅毒。其母在怀孕晚期患二期潜隐梅毒,分娩前2周给红霉素治疗,分娩后复查RPR滴度不变而19(s)-IgM滴度显著下降。治疗11个月后母婴19(s)-IgM均转阴。作者认为,19(s)-IgM检测是一种先天梅毒确诊手段。此法还是判断梅毒治疗效果的敏感指标。Using 19(s)-IgM-TPHA test,a case with early congenital syphilis was diagnosed in a 4 day infant.The mother suffered from secondary latent syphilis during the late period of pregnancy.Before delivery the mother was treated with erythromycin for 2 weeks.After delivery the mother's blood sample was retested and the result showed that titre of RPR remained the same while that of 19(s)-IgM decreased greatly and both in the mother and child the test became negative at the 11 th month after treatment.The authors considered that 19(s)-IgM-TPHA test is a confirmatory indicator for detecting early congenital syphilis and is a sensitive test for evaluating therapeutic efficacy.
