克雷伯氏菌暴发感染和实验研究

摘　　要：对某产婴室暴发医源性肺炎克雷伯氏菌感染作一调查，发现新生儿感染率达２１．６７％；以脐炎，结膜炎为主，２例死于败血症。收集自产婴室和其他病室的５６株菌的耐药谱分７型，５种噬菌体将５６株菌分成１２型，流行株和散发株间型别有显著性差异。质粒分型在３６种以上；流行株含２种质粒，酶切图谱近似，系同源株。rom September to October in l990,an outbreak of Klebsiella pneumoniae infection occurredin the Neonatal Unit of Obstetrical Department in our hospital.The morbidity rate was 2l.67%. Omphalitis and conjunctivitis were the main clinical manifestations. Two neonates died of sep-ticemia. The 56 strains which resisted to l6 antibiotics were classified into 7 types;these strainswere again divided into l2 types by 5 phages of KP. There was significant difference in types be-tween epidemic and sporadic strains,The isolation rate of plasmid was 85.7l%and more than 36types were discovered.Epidemic strains containing 2 plasmids with similar enzymatic-cleavagefingerprintings were considered as hOmologous strains.
