摘　　要：目的:探讨尿道延伸术治疗小儿单纯性阴茎下弯的疗效.方法:总结1999年1月～2004年10月采用尿道延伸术治疗18例单纯性阴茎下弯患儿的临床资料,通过随访观察其疗效.结果:全部患儿排尿通畅,顺利出院.随访3年,1例发生尿道外口狭窄,经1个月尿道扩张后排尿通畅;1例患儿阴茎勃起时仍有阴茎下弯,下曲角度＜15°,行阴茎海绵体背侧折叠横缝矫正.结论:尿道延伸术是一种治疗小儿单纯性阴茎下弯的理想手术方式,手术方法简单,成功率高.Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of urethra extension in Chordee Penis. Methods：From January 1999 through October 2004,18 cases of Chordee Penis were treated using the method of urethra extension. Patients age ranged from 1.5 to 13yrs （mean 3.5yrs）. They were reviewed through following-up. Results： No intraor postoperative surgical complications were observed. All patients were followed-up for 3 years. One patient developed meatus stenosis postoperatively and was managed with urethral dilation for one month. A Nesbit＇splication was carried out in one patient. At follow-up no residual penile curvature was observed. Conclusions：Urethra extension is a simpte and effectinve method to treat Chordee Penis in children.
