摘　　要：目的探讨IL-12I、L-18对乙型肝炎患者Th1/Th2亚群的影响。方法常规分离人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),在培养基中分别加入IL-12、IL-18和植物血凝素(PHA)培养72 h。用ELISA方法检测上清中IFN-γ、IL-4的含量。结果IL-12联合PHA或IL-18联合HA诱导下,乙型肝炎患者的IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组;IL-12联合PHA诱导下,乙型肝炎患者IL-4水平降低;IL-18联合PHA诱导下轻度患者明显降低;IL-12、IL-18联合PHA诱导下,乙肝患者的IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组,IL-4水平有降低趋势。结论IL-12、IL-18能够诱导乙型肝炎患者PBMC中Th2细胞向Th1细胞转化;而且IL-12的体外作用要强于IL-18。Objective To discuss the affection of IL - 12 and IL - 18 on Th1/Th2 subgroup of hepatitis B patient. Methods The peripheral blood mononudear eeU（PBMC） was isolated routinely from the blood and cultured for 72 hours with adding IL- 12, IL- 18 and PHA.The IFN- γ,IN- 4 contents were detected with ELISA.Results The IFN- γ level in test group under induced by IL- 12 combined with PHA or IL- 18 combined with PHA was higher than that of in control group significandy and the level of IN-4 decreased in test group. The IFN- γ in combination of inducing with IL- 18 with PHA was increased slightly with the tendency decline af IN- 4.Conclusion IL- 12.IL- 18 might have the ability af tendency to transform the Th2 cell to the Th1 .The action af IL- 12 might be stronger than IL- 18 in vitro.
