经皮双间盘减压治疗9例腰椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：对9例腰椎间盘突出症并影像学检查有邻近椎间盘膨出或退行性变患者,采取一次经皮作双间盘穿刺髓核切吸术,疗效满意。文中对本法的优点进行讨论,并介绍操作要点。Nine cases of protrusion of lumbar intervertebal disk,in imaging examination was shown bulged. Lumbar with degeneration changes at near lumbar disk,were treated with two disks cutaneous discec- tomy.The excellent and good results were seen.Nine cases under went this operation,long-term follow up 2-5 months.Excellent results in 6 and good in 3,but no failure.This mothod provided new way for the treatment of lumbar two disk protrusion.The advantage of this method were satis factory excision of empression substance.
