摘　　要：提升农村组织化程度的一个重要措施是建立农民合作经济组织。当前中国农村农民合作经济组织类别很多,发展迅速,并发挥出了巨大的功能。但是现有的农民合作经济组织仍处于发育阶段,存在的问题不少。必须借鉴国外的成功经验,进行必要的法规和政策设计,从而保证农民合作经济组织健康发展。An important measure to upgrade the rural organizational extent is to set up the peasants' cooperative economic organization. At present, there are various kinds of rural cooperative economic organizations in China, which are developing rapidly and playing enormous roles. However, the present cooperative organizations are still in budding, together with a lot of problems. It is of great necessity to borrow the international experiences, to make regulation and policy design so as to ensure the healthy development of the peasants' cooperative economic organizations.
