摘　　要：通过动物实验对创伤后多器官功能障碍综合征（ＭＯＤＳ）模型复制进行了系统研究，取得以下３方面的成果：①提出了实验动物ＭＯＤＳ诊断和评分标准；②找出了复制ＭＯＤＳ模型的关键因素；③在建立动物ＩＣＵ基础上，成功地复制出符合ＭＯＤＳ发病因素、病理过程和临床特征的标准化的动物模型。This paper presents a serilized study on the replication of a standardized animal model of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Following three achievements were obtained : criteria for the diagnosis and score of the animal model of MODS proposed; the key factors for the replication of animal model of MODS were found; on the basis of the establishment of animaI ICU, the standard MODS model was successfully replicated, which accorded with the pathogenic factors, pathologic process, and clinical features of MODS。
