摘 要:分析了犬肠缺血、兔单相速发MODS模型,和山羊双相迟发MODS模型以及烧伤合并MODS病人的血浆游离氨基酸的变化。结果表明,MODS的发病过程中,BCAA/AAA值显著降低;Phe/Tyr值显著升高。BCAA/AAA越低,Phe/Tyr越高,与MODS的发生密切相关。提示严重蛋白质代谢紊乱可能是促发MODS的原因之一;动态观察BCAA/AAA和Phe/Tyr比值的变化,对MODS的早期诊断和防治可能有积极意义。Changes in plasma free amino acid both in burned patients with MODS and in different models of MODS were studied in dogs,rabbits and goats。 The resuIts indicated that ratios of branched-chain amino acids/aro matic amino acids(BCAA/AAA) were significantly decreased while ratios of Phe/Tyr were significantly increased both in patients and in animals in development of MODS。 Correlation coefficient were found between these ratios and the incidence of MODS. It suggested that disturbances in protein metabolism was one of the leading causes in MODS. Dynamic determination of ratios of BCAA/AAA and Phe/Tyr might be helpful in early diagnosis of MODS.
