摘　　要：目的对我院163例手外伤病案进行统计调查。方法从七个方面进行分组分析,从中揭示出外伤病人发生的变化规律。结果163例手外伤患者损伤原因有:单纯性摔伤,自行车摔伤、电锯伤,皮带轮绞伤等。结论对于我院治疗的手外伤,能为社会所认识,还必须注意医疗质量,质量的高低直接关系到,患者的切身利益,也希望能引起有关部门的注意,重视安全生产,以便采取有效的预防措施。Objective To investigate about 163 cases of hand trauma in our hospital. Method To analyze the cases from 7 aspects group by group, in order to find the rules of the change of the hand injury. Result the reason summarized from 163 examples of hand trauma include： simple injury, bicycle injury; electric saw injury; belt pulley injury and so on, in total there are 8 kinds. Conclusion for getting the social acknowledge of the technique of treating hand injury in our hospital, we should pay attention to medical quality, which will relate with patients＇ benefit, I also hope the relate apartment can attach importance to safe manufacture, in order to adopt the efficient prevention method.
