摘  要:本文采用不同颗粒级配的α-Al2O3为骨料,以固相烧结法制备样品,采用扫描电镜分析试样的平均孔径;用真空法测显气孔率和吸水率;用机械拉力试验机测抗压强度。通过调整球磨时间、烧成温度、保温时间,探讨多孔陶瓷性能与工艺因素的关系。结果表明:球磨时间在1.5~2.5h,烧成温度在1200~1250℃,保温20~40min时,可制得平均孔径1~2μm、显气孔率40%~50%、抗压强度15~30MPa的α-Al2O3多孔陶瓷载体。Using different grain grading α-Al2O3 as primary raw material, porous ceramic matrix was fabricated by solid-phase sintering in this paper. The mean pore size of sintered samples was observed and determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).Apparent porosity and water absorption were determined by vacuum process at room temperature, and compressive strength was measured by tensile testing machine. The relation between the properties of porous ceramic and processing parameter was studied by adjusting grinding time, firing temperature and temperature holding time. The results showed that processing parameters had a lesser effect on the properties of porous ceramics when grinding time varied from 1. 5h to 2.5h,firing temperature varied from 1 200℃ to 1 250℃ and temperature holding time varied from 20 min to 40min. α-Al2O3 porous ceramic matrix with mean pore size of 1~2μ m, 40%~50% porosity and 15~30MPa compressive strength was fabricated by controlling processing parameters in that range.
