摘　　要：目的:建立消炎止咳片中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定方法,为消炎止咳片质量标准的确立奠定理论基础。方法:采用反相高效液相法,DiamilC18分析色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水(58:42),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温:35℃。结果:脱水穿心莲内酯理论板数大于3000,在0.1045～1.1495μg呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.99%。结论:方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于消炎止咳片的质量评价。Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine the content of dehydroandrographolide in Xiaoyanzhike tablets. Methods： The sample was determined by RP-HPLC on a Diamil C18 column （4.6mm×250mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase consisted ofmethanol-0.4%phophoric acid（58：42）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 254nm. The temperature of the column was 35 ℃. Results： The number of theoretical plates of dehydroandrographolide is 3000. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1045-1.1495ug. The average recovery was 97.8%, the RSD was 1.99%. Conclusion： The method is reliable, accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Xiaoyanzhike tablets.
