摘 要:测定了两种树脂对导电骨料的润湿性,研究了树脂及其含量对复合材料双极板性能的影响。采用对导电骨料浸润性好的树脂作粘合剂,通过模压一次成型技术制备出复合材料双极板的电导率大于300S/cm,抗折强度大于30MPa,空气透气率为10!7cm2/s。并进行了电堆组装及电性能和稳定性测试。结果表明,在较小的电流密度(<1.0A/cm2)条件下,复合材料双极板的电性能和石墨材料双极板相当,在较大的电流密度(>1.0A/cm2)条件下,其电性能要稍优于石墨材料双极板;电池经350h放电试验并重复启动电池100次以上,双极板性能稳定。The infiltrating of two resins on the surface of graphite were determined. Effect of the resins and its content on properties of composite bipolar plate were investigated. The good infiltrating resin on the surface of graphite was used as binder, the composite bipolar plates with more 300 S/cm of conductivity, more 30 MPa of flexural strength and 10^-7 cm^2/s of permeability have been prepared by molding technology, which have been used to assemble fuel cell stack. The electric properties and thermal stability of the bipolar plates in the fuel cell stack were determined. The results show that the properties of the composite bipolar plate are similar to that of machined graphite bipolar plate under the condition of lower current density ( 〈1.0 A/cm^2), and excel machined graphite bipolar plate under the condition of higher current density(〉1.0 A/cm^2). The thermal properties of the bipolar plate in the fuel cell stack are stable during 350 h discharge and repetition startup 100 times experiment.
