血栓闭塞性脉管炎肢体血流图变化与辨证分型的关系

摘　　要：根据同病异证的原则，对ＴＡＯ患者辨证为阴寒、血黍、湿热、热毒、气血两虚五个观测组，进行了多部位的肢体电阻抗测定，并与正常人对照。结果提示各组患者患肢与健肢均有不同程度的供血障碍；患肢较健肢明显；湿热组与热毒组的脉管损伤，脉道阻塞，供血障碍较阴寒组与血瘀组明显；湿热组与热毒组比较，阴寒组与血瘀组比较均无明显差别。With the same disease indecated the different syndromes ,the patients withthe Buerger' s disease were divided into five observing groups ,ie,the syndrome of inner cold,blood stasis,dampness with heat,toxic heat and double deference of Qi and blood. The autherdetected the resistance on the serveral parts of limps which was contrasted with normal peo-ple. The results showed that disfunction of blood supply existed in all the limps of allgroups,but in the different level,The disfunction in diseased limps was more obvious than innormal limps ,in the stasis group and inner cold group less evidence than damp-heat groupand toxic group,and between damp-heat and toxic heat groups,or inner cold and blood stasisgroups there were not obvious different.
