摘　　要：目的：对320名健康成人血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）浓度进行统计学分析以比较其年龄差异。方法：采用凝血酶法（clauss法）测定血浆FIB浓度，将其分为6个年龄组进行方差分析。结果：各组之间纤维蛋白原浓度存在着差异，这种差异是在60岁以上组与60岁以下组之间出现的。结论：60岁以上组纤维蛋白原浓度高于60岁以下组，应注意60岁以上人群的纤维蛋白原浓度的监测。Objective： To analyze the ages＇ difference of 320 healthy adults fibrinogen （FIB） level in plasma by statistics. Methods：Using Clauss method to detect the FIB level in plasma and analyzing the results divided into 6 groups by analysis of variance （ANOVA）. Reaults： There are difference of the FIB level between the groups over 60 years and under 60 years. Conclusion： The FIB concentration in the groups over 60 years are higher than the groups under 60 years, so we should pay attention to detect the FIB lev- el in the people over 60 years.
