摘　　要：欧盟将于2006年起实施《关于化学品注册、评估、许可和限制》(REACH)制度。这一化学品新政策的实施将对我国化学品以及相关行业产生强烈的冲击和巨大的影响,政府、企业以及科研机构都应采取积极态度面对挑战:加大力度进行保护人体健康和促进无毒环境的全民宣传;加快国际认可的检测技术和检测机构的建设;强化企业对其产品安全性的责任;推动清洁生产工艺和绿色无害化学品的研究和开发。REACH （Concerning the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals）, a new system of chemicals control will be performed in EU （ governments, enterprises and scientific institutions） in 2006. The chemicals and related industry in China are sure to be impacted seriously. China must prepare actively to face this challenge in terms of health protection, clean environment promotion;set up internationally qualified testing techniques and authorities;and enhance the safety responsibility in the related industry. China also needs to develop and promote clean processes and green chemicals.
