癌症患者使用“麻醉药品专用卡”150例统计分析

摘　　要：本文收集了2002年9月以来,我院已收回的150例麻醉药品专用卡及办卡登记记录、麻卡使用者随访记录,对晚期癌症患者的病种及比例、麻醉药品专用卡的使用天数、麻醉药品的使用情况、患者的生存时间逐卡进行统计、处理。结果表明,阿片家族中美施康定缓释片的使用属于正常,但吗啡注射液的用量远远小于度冷丁注射液,说明尽管实施了“麻醉药品专用卡”制度,仍然存在麻醉药品审批和使用的误区。The application of “Narcotic Drug Purchasing Card” of 150 cancer patients was analyzea to promote proper using of Narcotic Drugs. Among 246 patients who had used “ Narcotic Drug Purchasing Card” from Sept. 1, 2002 in the authors Center, 89 male and 61 female patients were studied with regard to details of the card using. The result showed that there were still problems existing in using and checking Narcotic Drugs despite the “Narcotic Drug Purchasing Card” system.
