摘  要:1984—1985年选7个具稻瘟病抗性单基因、代表13个抗稻瘟基因所在7个位点的粳稻品种和一个对所用菌系全部感病的品种构成一套测定品种与中丹2号进行杂交和回交,用致病性比较稳定的菌系于温室内同时鉴定亲本、F_1、F_2及 B_1F_1代的苗期叶瘟抗性,研究了中丹2号的抗瘟性遗传。结果表明:中丹2号具有 Pi-a 和 Pi-i 两个显性抗瘟基因;不具有 Pi-k、Pi-t、Pi-ta、pi-z^t 和 Pi-b 基因。The inheritance of resistance of a Chinese rice variety Zhong-Dan No.2 to seven blastfungus strains was studied.Eight monogene-carrying rice varieties Shin 2(Pi-k^s),Ishikari Shiroke(Pi-i),K1(Pi-ta),K59,(Pi-t),Aichi Asahi(Pi-a),Kanto 51(Pi-k),Toride 1(Pi-z^t),and BL7 (Pi-b)were used as a set of differentialvarieties,among which Shin 2 was used as the“susceptible-variety”because it is suscepti-ble to all the seven blast strains used.The four-leaf-stage seedlings of the parental varietiesand their F_1, F_2 and B_1F_1 generations were inoculated by the spraying method separatelywith each of the seven fungus strains P-2b,Ken 53-33,Ina 72,Hoku 1,Ken 54-04,Ken54-20 and Ina 168 in greenhouse.The responsive patterns indicated that Zhong-Dan No.2 carries two dominant genes Pi-a and Pi-i,and that it does not possess Pi-z(?),Pi-Ta,Pi-tand Pi-b genes.
