摘　　要：建立胆香鼻炎片中绿原酸的高效液相测定方法.色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(10:2.5:87)pH3.0,检测波长为328nm.绿原酸的线性范围为0.02～0.27μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.8%.本法简便,可靠,准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制.A RP-HPLC method was established for determination of chlorogenic acid in Danxiang Biyan tablets. A Agilent Eclipese XDB C18 column was used with methanol- acetonitrile- water （10 ： 2.5 ： 87） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 328nm. The linear range was 0.02-0.27μg, r= 0. 9999. The average recovery was 98. 5% and RSD was 1.8M. The method was simple, reliable and accurate. It could be used for the quality control of the preparation.
