摘　　要：目的:探讨Mammotome乳腺旋切系统在乳腺疾病诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法:应用Mammotome对112例乳腺良、恶性肿瘤进行切除和活检,并对其结果进行评价。结果:病理诊断乳腺纤维瘤82例,乳腺癌22例,乳腺囊性增生症6例,重度不典型增生2例。2例术中皮肤破损,3例出现较大血肿,1例术后2 d切口及针道发红经抗炎治疗后消退,5例皮下轻度青紫。结论:Mammotome乳腺旋切活检系统具有手术微创、定性准确、切口隐蔽、不需缝合、康复快等优点,在乳腺疾病诊断和治疗中具有很高的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the role of Mammotome device in diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Methods 112 cases underwent biopsy in Mammotome vacuum-assisted breast system from Feb. 2004 to Mar. 2005, and the results were analyzed. Results According to pathological diagnosis, 82 cases were breast fibroadenoma, 22 cases were breast cancer, 6 cases were breast cystic hyperplasia, 2 cases were severe atypical hyperplasia. During the process skin damage was seen in 2 cases. Post-operative hematoma occurred in 3 cases, puncture access infected in 1 case, subcutaneous braise occurred in 5 cases. Conclusion The Mammotome device has the advantages of minimal invasiveness, exact position, covert incision, needing no suture and short rehabilitation period, it is highly valuable in diagnosis and treatment of breast disease.
