摘 要:以提高机车车轴探伤效率和可靠性为目标,研制了一套超声自动探伤系统,采用双通道、多探头、螺旋轨迹扫查大幅度缩短了探伤作业时间;采用工控机(进行数据采集与分析)和PLC(实现探伤过程自动控制)相结合,提高了系统处理能力和可靠性。基于脚本-解释器模式的软件设计,解决了系统对于不同轴型的适应性问题。系统实现了包括探头扫查、回波记录、缺陷诊断、报表打印在内的探伤全过程自动化,较好地满足了机车车辆厂的迫切需求。An automatic ultrasonic flaw detecting system for locomotive axles was established. The detecting time was greatly reduced, due to the alternative switching of two sampling channel and eight ultrasonic probes. In the system, an IPC was used to deal with data sampling and analyzing, while a PLC was adopted to process procedure-control. To meet the requirement of different types of axles, the software based on script-translator mode was developed. In virtue of automatic probe scanning, echo recording, flaw diagnosing and flaw-record printing, the system could perfectly satisfy the demands of locomotive manufacture.
