摘  要:煤系高岭岩是煅烧高岭土最理想的矿物原料。本文提出煤系高岭岩高白超细全动态煅烧工艺技术,将"流变动力学"理论应用于高岭岩颗粒的超细磨,使产品粒度-2μm含量达95%左右;将"动态受热"和"氧化还原"原理引进调控煅烧系统,脱碳、除铁钛增白,使产品白度达93%以上。Coal-series kaolin is the ideal raw material for calcinated Kaolin. The technology of high whiteness, superfine and dynamic state calcination was introduced in this paper, it applicated theory of hydrodynamics in superfine of kaolin, then the content of -2μm product will come to 95%, it applicated also theory of dynamic state calcination and oxido-reduction in the system of control calcination, after decarbon and iron-titanium removing, the whiteness of product will come to above 93%.
