摘  要:采用低功率He-Ne及GaAs激光对大鼠实验性缝合和开放创口进行照射,术后测定缝合创口抗拉强度和开放创口愈合速度,并对创口皮肤标本进行组织学观察。结果He-Ne激光照射的缝合创口术后第7、21天抗拉强度较对照组明显增高(P<0.05);He-Ne激光照射开放创口的愈合速度术后第3天较对照组明显加快(P<0.05);GaAs激光照射缝合和开放创口的抗拉强度和愈合速度与对照组相比均无明显差异;光、电镜组织学观察,两激光组和对照组相比未发现明显不同。The low energy He-Ne and GaAs laser was irradiated to the experimental suture and open wounds of rats in order to examine the effect of laser on wound healing. Seventy two rats were equally divided into 3 groups,that is,the He-Ne laser,GaAs laser and blank group. The tensile strength of the suture and the healing speed of open wounds were measured at the 3rd, 7th 21at day of post-operation. The significant difference of tensile strength of the suture was found between the He-Ne laser and blank group after the 7th and 21st day of operation(p<0. 05). In the healing speed of the wound,there was a significant difference between the He-Ne laser and blank group at the 3rd day of postoperation. No difference was seen between the GaAs laser and blank group. There wasn't alteration in the laser groups and blank group by histological examination of light and electron microscope. It is suggested that the He-Ne laser could accelerate the healing of the suture and wound.
