摘 要:初步研究了苯酚(PH)和环氧丙烷(PO)在催化剂的作用下合成丙二醇苯醚(PPH)的工艺条件以及PPH的 结构分析并和标样进行了对比。通过正交实验得出最佳工艺条件为:固定反应起始压力为O.2 MPa,当T为120℃、催化 剂用量为O.8%、”(PO):n(PH)为0.9时,PPH的收率可达到84.38%,PH的转化率达88.75%,PPH选择性达 95.1%。产品红外光谱和标准品图谱吻合性好;与数据库质谱图一致。Phenoxy propandiol was synthesized with phenol and propylene oxide in the presence of alkaline catalysts. The influence of technological conditions was studied and the structure analysis and comparison with standard FT-IR chromatogram was conducted. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained: amount of catalysts was 0.8%, the molar ratio of PO and PH was 0.9 and the reaction temperature was 120℃. Pressure had little influence on the reaction, so the reaction could take place at 0.2 MPa. Conversion of phenol was 88.75%,selectivity and yield of phenoxy propandiol were 95.1% and 84.38 % respectively at optimum conditions.
