彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓性病变诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：目的为探讨下肢深静脉血栓性病变提供一种方法。方法应用二维超声观察血管壁、管腔及周围结构,血栓部位、大小及栓塞程度以及彩色多普勒显示血流充盈情况。结果32例下肢深静脉血栓中,急性血栓16例(占50%),亚急性血栓4例(占12.5%),慢性血栓12例(占37.5%)。结论彩色多普勒超声能清晰显示下肢深静脉的解剖结构和血流状态,对诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成有较高的实用价值。Objective To offer a kind of diagnostic method in deep vein thrombosis（DVT） of the lover extremity, Methods Detecting the veinons wall, luminal, and its surrounding anatomic structures;the location and the sizes of the thrombsis; extent of theomblisms; and the blood flow by two- dimensional color doppler flow inaging（ CDFI）. Results Among 32 patients with DVT, there were 16（ 50 % ） with acute thrombosis, 4（ 12,5 % ） with subacute thrombosis and 12（37.5% ） with chronic thrombosis, Conclusion CDFI is of significant diagnostic value in detecting the anatomic structures, location, and sizes of thrombosis; extent of the emblisms;and blood flow so as to assist the clinical diagnosis.
