摘　　要：城市动物园在促进人与自然的和谐、构建和谐社会方面有着独特而重要的作用。北京动物园、成都动物园、上海动物园等提高和改善动物的福利、实行人性化管理和服务、创建和谐的运营管理模式,构建管理人员与动物、游人与动物、动物园与社区之间和谐互动关系,创造了有益的经验。City zoo plays a unique and important role in promoting the harmony between human being and nature, and in constructing harmonious society. Beijing Zoo, Chengdu zoo and Shanghai zoo have improved the welfare of animals, implemented humanized management and service, created harmonious operation and management modes, and structured the harmonious and interactive relations among administrative staffs and animals, visitors and animals, zoo and community. They have accumulated beneficial experiences.
