摘　　要：图书馆乱收费损害了自身的公益形象。图书馆制度性收费和非制度性收费的合理性是有边界的,不能随意跨越。图书馆收费要重返规范、合理的道路。图书馆服务应最终走向免费服务。The arbitrary charge for public service of library does harm to its own public service image, The reasonability of systematic and non-systematic charge for library is defined and can not be offended. The charge for public service of library should be done in accordance with the reasonable rule again. The free public service of library will be realized in the future.
