西海固地区农业科技进步的难点分析

摘　　要：根据科学技术融入生产力诸要素的机理,分别从农业生产基础设施的技术特性、农业机械力的应用、农户经营的分工协作水平、农业生产经营主体的特点和土地的非市场机制的形成等方面入手,分析了西海固地区农业科技进步难点的结症所在。Initiated from the elements of productive forces, the paper analyzes the hard - nuts in agricultural sci - tech advances of such counties as Xiji, Haiyuan and Guyuan in Ningxia. To be exact, it expoundes the shackles in the economic development of those areas concerned with reference to the mechanism integrating science and technology into productive forces respectively from the perspective of the technical properties of basic facilities in agricultural production, the application of mechanical power in agriculture, the level of division of labor with individual farmers cooperation, the features of agricultural production and management ownership, and the formation of the non - market mechanism of land.
