摘　　要：人身危险性是保安处分的思想和制度基础,对于人身危险性在保安处分中的评估问题,我们可以借鉴他国经验进行有益的探索。针对我国保安措施中存在的问题,应以人身危险性为切入口进行制度改造。Personal evil is the foundation of security measure＇s law thought and system, concerning the assessment of personal evil in security measure, we can learn from the experience of other country and play the beneficial exploration. Reviewing the questions existing in the security measures of China, writer thinks that we should improve the security measures according to the personal evil.
