摘 要:主要探讨极距和流速对海水电解过程的电流效率和槽电压的影响。当电流密度较低时,析氯反应受电化学控制,极化曲线符合Tafel方程;当电流密度较高时,析氯反应受扩散控制,极化曲线不符合Tafel方程。极距对电流效率影响较小,极距增大电解槽的槽电压增大。流速增加电解槽槽电压下降,电流效率上升。The effects of electrode gap and velocity on the current efl3Cieney and cell potential of seawater electrolysis were studied. When the current density was low, the anedic reaction was controlled by electrochemical reaction, and the polarization curves accorded with the Tafel equation. When the current density was high, the anedic reaction was controlled by confusion, and the polarization curves were not accordance with the Tafel equation. Increasing the electrode gap led to the increase of the cell potentials and had little influence on the current efficiencies. With the increase of the velocities of seawater, the current efficiencies increased and the cell potentials decreased.
