加氢改质装置催化剂最佳使用条件的研究

摘　　要：结合锦西石化分公司加氢改质装置具体生产情况,分析反应操作参数对于产品质量、装置能耗、氢耗的影响,在保证产品质量和经济效益的情况下确定催化剂最佳的使用条件。Combining concrete production circumstance of Jinxi petrochemical company＇s Medium Pressure Hydro- Upgrading works, respond operation parameter＇ s influences on product quantity,energy consume and hydrogen consume were analysed, the best usage condition of catalyst under the condition of guaranteeing the product quantity and economic performance was determined.
