摘 要:用化学浸泡法对敏化热处理的奥氏体不锈钢AISI 316L和双相不锈钢SAF 2205在含溴醋酸溶液中的耐腐蚀行为进行了研究,并且用光学显微镜观察了敏化试样浸泡前后的金相组织。结果发现,随着Br-质量分数的增加,不锈钢原始材料和敏化材料的腐蚀速率都增大,敏化热处理使不锈钢的耐蚀性能下降。无论是不锈钢的原始材料还是敏化材料,SAF 2205的耐腐蚀性能均优于AISI 316L。对敏化AISI 316L,Br-诱发点蚀优先发生在奥氏体晶界附近;对敏化SAF 2205,Br-诱发点蚀优先发生在γ晶界、某些α/γ相界及α晶界附近。The corrosion behavior of sensitized AISI 316L and SAF 2205 stainless steels in acetic acid solution containing Br^- ion was investigated by measuring the corrosion weight loss. Microstructure characteristic of sensitized materials before and after immersion test were inspected by optical microscope. It was found that corrosion rates of as-received and sensitized stainless steels were markedly increased with increasing Br^- ion concentration. The sensitizing treatment leads to corrosion resistance decrease. Whether as-received or sensitized materials, the corrosion resistance of SAF 2205 stainless steels was superior to AISI 316L. Br^- ion induced pitting preferentially occurred at austenitic boundaries for sensitized AISI 316L stainless steel. Br^- ion induced pitting preferentially occurred at austenitic boundaries, ferrite-austenite boundaries and ferrite boundaries for sensitized SAF 2205 duplex stainless steel.
